Logging on with Internet Explorer

If you use IE, you may have problems logging on correctly when using the standard address. To fix this you must add http://www.nicholshayes.co.uk to your trusted site list or edit via that address.

Alternatively use Firefox when logging in.

If you use Microsoft's Internet Explorer (IE) and need to log in, you may find that the system doesn't remember that you've logged on. To fix this follow this procedure:

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu
3. Click on the Security tab
4. Click on the Green "Trusted site" item in the white box so that the "Trusted sites" options are displayed.
5. Click on the "Sites..." button
6. Remove the tick from the "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone" box
7. Enter the address of the underlying web site into the "Add this Web site to the zone:" box. That is:
http://www.nicholshayes.co.uk
8. Click on the "Add" button.
9. Click OK to close the Trusted sites dialogue
10. Click OK to accept the changes and close the "Internet Options" dialogue window.

You should then be able to log on successfully. Adding this site to your trusted site list will not affect the security settings for other sites.

If you would prefer not to alter your IE settings another option is to access the core site directly rather than via the eveshammoviemakers redirect. To do this use this address:
http://www.nicholshayes.co.uk/EMM/
